Sounds like a fun party...when you meet someone who always constantly has self confidence and self esteem, ask them to return to our planet! and give lessons.

I am happy for you that you had fun at the party and that you feel good about it now... and you are right to feel like you should take the eating urges one day at the time... Food can be an addiction just like alcohol can. The big difference is that its much harder to stay away from something you must do to stay alive...eating!!!! and also there are adds for your drug of choice every where you turn... TV, billboards... you can not escape them. Imagine if you were addicted to cocaine and they would interrupt the movie you are watching on TV every few minutes to offer you hits... if there were coupons in the news papers for great prices on buys... Alcohol is also difficult because of the same reason but food is much worse. I feel you are doing great :-) Keep it up darling oh and use some of those numbers loll... fun is always a good deterrent loll xoxoxo
