Thanks for reminding me about cantaloupe; I've cottage cheese in the fridge. Crisp bacon strips or bits on salad are so tempting. I think I'll go for it despite my salt restriction.

Kabu, all of that sounds so good! and it's fun to contrive a new salad mix each time. Re/ice cream, I've switched to frozen yogurt.

Cantaloupe halves filled with cottage cheese and small fruit like strawberries, cherries, apple and orange chunks, banana slices. Vegetable salads with bacon strips and home made bread.
