Re: reasons
Wiley, even this early in the campaign it's interesting. News pundits simply announced the top one or two, but nothing else; so I google searched for complete report.

Re:
FSI, yes, this was a midwest indicator. Next straw vote will be in East USA. - equally interesting to see how it goes there.

Re: watching from afar and like other people of the world, praying for the
Kabu, thank you for the prayers. As you no doubt noted from the Iowa straw vote results, we're having a confusing time at this point finding that 'best for the USA' leader. Most of us DO know that it is not Obama.

Re: reasons
Wiley, we're hoping for that, too, of course; but it appears to be a difficult task to find the best person - one who also can be a winner.

Re:
UtahJay, while delegates cast the final vote, most of them abide by polling results. Candidates don't spend millions on campaigns for nothing.

Apparently it was significant to Pawlenty since he is bowing out of the race because of it.

This tells me people have a lot to learn before 2012. This sure went far differently than the voices of the news pundits.... Have a great Sunday. I did not like 2 and 3 I did love #1. That is still not the best but very good.
