Excellently expressed... and yes, it can be terrible to feel those "pangs' but it brings to mond the famous lines..." better to have love and lost than never to have lost at all". :-) Hope you get to the point where you can remember the good and forget the bad soon. xoxoxo

Very good description of the feelings one has when

Actually I remember feeling like this a time or two and it was always a
affair of the heart that was wrong...not meant to be. Helped me lose weight though for that sort of feeling is a great hunger destroyer.

WEll the only advice I can give Straightforward is not to fall in love. Just be good honest friends, hard to swallow though.
