Fascinating..
I didn't see this or hear about it, but wouldn't surprise me...I was told a few days ago that Hurricane Katrina was redirected away from Texas and toward New Orleans by the Air Force. Supposedly they "seeded" the storm and effected the outcome the government wanted. Sounded pretty far fetched to me but the person telling me said there was a program on the History Channel a few months ago about Katrina and that members of the Air Force who were involved were on the show and spoke of what they did. I might add the person is not a conspiracy theorist, but I'm still skeptical. I am going to do some googling to see if I can find out if it is true.

I was not aware of this & still don't know how folks affected the hurricane but it's interesting to ponder. Ice in the sink eh?
