I wonder if Steve's booming voice was his way of coping with
the stresses of teaching...(I'm probably way off here, but its just a thought)...any teaching I've done I always spoke at my normal level unless it was a very large class..

Classroom management is one of the toughest things for a beginning teacher! It was great that he had someone to turn to as well! I struggled with it and it can bring one to tears! sam
