Well, I'm grateful to be breathing on my own now, Dear Kabu. Had to have supplemental o2 for a bit in the hospital..Another woman younger than myself came in near death from an asthma attack the day after I went in. They had to intubate her - I am so glad I avoided the vent; scares me because of the risks of damage to other organs. She did get off of it okay and went home too.
Thank you deeply and kindly for the love and prayers; I am taking it one day at a time and so far, improving. My pulmo. doesn't think I will be able to be as active as what I was before this problem; he's really serious about the transplant thing, sigh...yep, still can..:)
