I've had my own experiences in my teen years
and know those of others.. Not good at all.. no toy
There are actually much safer means to connect to the "self" and/or higher powers.. which are much more of a help.
Any time you are contacting "the dead", "spirits" or whatever... you have to remember that those beings are no more good or knowledgeable than the beings on this plane

I would like to read your experience.....I remember the Church that I was
attending long ago when I used to try to fit in with church attending people.........we were forbidden to have anything to do with the para normal like the Ouija boards and cards and stuff. naturally Kabu can't stand to be told DON"T. LOL
