That is very disgusting on the part of the renters. I am renting now and have in the past and my motto has always been to leave it better than I found it! Some folks are just slobs! I can see how it would make one want to go home and find everything that wasn't necessary to toss out, but give yourself a break for it was them and not you who made the initial mess you had to clean up! sam

Does the 'Landlord's Warned Association' not exist in your area? Here, any potential rentee must give the required info, and the owner of the property can get information concerning the rentee: rent payment, cleanliness, orderly, etc. - all this BEFORE accepting to rent to said rentee. It saves alot of hassle! Like Kabu, I am sure you will find good homes for the dogs. I would like to kick that family's butt!!!
ALthough the dogs are probably better off being left behind!

What a vent....
Would you like a cup of warm tea to calm down? haha, I know how you feel though. It happens most of the time in my place, and the only thing the owner does is raise the rental price. Not sure about your place, but to mine, surprisingly no one dares to leave the place in mess.
By reading your post, I can see that it's been tiring you.

you poor darling.....that is a really horrible job and yes i would feel
like burning the clothes i wore and having a long hot shower. Some rentals are wonderful, others are a nightmare....I had rentals once and i know what bad can be. Good luck with the doggies....how anyone can just leave them behind..unbelievable but i also know your dear kind heart will see to their future.
