wow the hot tub sounds like a big undertaking - still it's worth a few hours of stress for years of therapy, isn't it?

Hope you're feeling better; the hot tub will be something to look forward to! Sorry I've been late in catching up with all the news.

Well I know a lot about hot tubs malcolm when I had a faster computer a few years back I played THE SIMS and they all used to get in a hot tub at the first opportunity.

I popped in thinking I would some delightful post about how well your family is doing and upon doing some "catch-up" reading I was so sorry to hear of the challenges you are dealing with. My heart goes out to you and your family as they care for your ailing father.

Good to hear there's improvement
and I know a hot tub can be so therapeutic. Might be fun to videotape the installation as the crane (or a helicopter) lifts it into place...

I am happy you are feeling better. I shall never forget the pain of shingles. As far as the crane goes, no problem. I spent a lot of my life lifting heavy machinery over buildings and loading them on flatbeds. Your tub will go in just fine.

Malcolm...
I wanted to extend this invitation to you some time ago, but never got round to it. Please, if you or Susan or your Mum or Dad need anything at all, feel free to email me and let me know. I realise we don't know each other very well and that there isn't a whole lot I can do for any of you being so far across the pond, but I'm happy to do whatever I can.
My prayers are with you all, always.
Thank you for your kind thoughts on my last post. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you about this new hot tub!

thank you God as our friend continues to improve.......My son put a pool
into his back yard several years ago and they had to lift it over the house with a crane too. nothing bad happened although it was scary.
