Re:
Well still here Sam I could not find one of your blogs as the link did not work. The sad thing is Sam your houses are so cheap compared to ours here a semi is still around Two hundred thousand that is in pounds. One would not buy a plot 40by120feet for one hundred thousand pounds. When I was a boy my Dad sold some land 120 pounds a plot. So you can see here most have zero chance of ever buying a house as I think a deposit is around 25 percent. The government has always had stringent rules about building because frankly it would be on green land to achieve any purpose. All I know is if one keep persisting sometimes a crack appears. Haven't you got a citizens help center? Pulling up those plants it does not affect one at the time, Oh dear now you need a rub.

This is one of your best CC, it took me by surprise my friend and should put you over the top, but I think there is a typo in line four third stanza...a missed syllable I think.

Amazing! I loved the part where it stole the innocence when it should have protected the love! How utterly true, and I have witnessed this one more than once with people! Touche, too! My goodness, I hurt my back somehow and I can't figure it out! What a drag! I can hardly sit up but I need to try to read to catch up with people who have come by to see me. And, I still can't let this mortgage thing go, I run into a brick wall at every turn. No one really wants to help when there is a short sale involved. It doesn't matter that the economy world wide is suffering, they want perfect credit and in this day and age for the person who makes a minimal income or a modest retirement is left behind or falls through the cracks. I know in my mind I will have to wait 11 more months, but it's such a drag when I have taken care of everything in my power! The problem was that I didn't do much with credit prior to my first house and it left me with a lower score, in other words I was prime bait for the sub-prime loans that sent this country into a tail spin! The predator loans took a lot of good folks down, the banks and such got their money and now we, the less fortunate, are left holding the bag for their evilness, I will not believe it was anything other than that. Today I was told that if I had 50% down a credit union would do an in-house loan. I chuckled to myself thinking that of course I had $50,000 in my wallet! lol And I called the company that put the report on my credit report and ask them to remove it but they refused saying they couldn't! But, I told them that I had done my research and I knew they could remove it but they were hell bent to keep it on! I hope karma bites everyone who had a hand in the mortgage situation wherever they may be in this world. I mean that, too!
How the heck are you doing these days? sam
