I had to read this quite a few times before I could even think of a comment. Well I've confessed before that with poetry I have little understanding at times. The title really didn't help me and somehow I could see more than just a vine but rather a grape vine. Then of course I used to have such a mad love affair with the fermented grape that your poetry was just a lovely reminder about how that Pernod, just got started before the bottle. You sure know how to make me think and so does Sam.
