Exactly! Start with one individual at a time, then one home at a time, then in the community in which one lives, not a free for all frenzy that tend to get out of control with a bunch of non thinkers! It seems similar to the westerns showing misfits in a brawl.

A great in depth post and we are of the same mind about not wanting anarchy and violence. It is all so depressing and now I've added to it by reading 'After America' by Mark Steyn. 'Get ready for Armageddon' is a line on the paper cover as well.
Anyway it is educational and encouraging at the end, I had to read the last page last night or I wouldn't have gotten to sleep.I think you will agree with this that he writes at the end.
"...........Americans face a choice: you can rediscover the animating principles of the American ideal-of limited government , a self-reliant citizenry, and the opportunities to exploit your talents to the fullest-or you can join most of the rest of the Western world in terminal decline. To rekindle the spark of liberty once it dies is very difficult. The inertia, the ennui, the fatalism is even more pathetic than the demographic decline and fiscal profligacy of the social democratic state, and, because its subtler and less tangible, even harder to rally against.........." Mark Steyn
I wish there was a better way than the 'Occupy' method, to rally against government. Maybe people 'talking' together like this is a positive way to care and be involved, even if from different countries, because it is in the interests of the world to have America survive as she used to be.

Have a great weekend, too! I think there is a misconception on the bonuses that were handed out to the aforemention instutions! It is my understanding that new people were brought in to untangle the mess and to get the best of those people bonuses were promised! Gap Cohen had a post on because she had a friend that got a small one and was uncomfortable taking it even though it was part of the hiring agreement! The Occupy movement is troubling with the violence! I have mixed emotions on the taxing of the wealthy! My sister and her husband have lived on one paycheck for all their married lives, some 30 now I believe and saved the other check. They are rather wealthy now but it would seem to be an unkind blow to them if they had to pay an incredible amount in taxes after having made the sacrifice for so many years to make sure they had enough money to live comfortably in retirement! I have no idea if they would be taxed higher when they take it out at retirement in a very few years! If it were to happen it would be an unjust situation to me! Time will tell how it will impact them! sam

Have a great weekend and relax back and enjoy.....someone needs to come
forward and help set this poor old world back upright.....I am sick of Europe dragging us down ...these Mediteranean countries were all so happy to take the money when it was handed to them. They wasted it and now cry slave labour......I can't pay you back.

Goodness I don't know a thing about your politics Raye . I wish you were here to stir Europe up a bit. I did notice Italy has no politicians at the moment so one must wait and see if hard headed business men can get the country out of a mess. Have a pleasant weekend.

Yes, both movements do have their plusses and minuses to them...Like you I agree that change is local. That is really how we are going to get anything done...I recently read an article stating such.
