What a fine close! I think you are right that we can make someone happy near us to increase our happiness! My daughter is going through a bit of a change that resembled some earlier imagery in your poem, thinking one is it and finding out after a time that it is not what it seemed when smitten early on! Time will tell though! sam

You hit on the key to happiness here,"...Probably it is easier to make someone near feel happy. This will be more likely to improve one’s own situation..." But, I especially love your ending--the last line.

Awesome....things I have thought and never put down. Thanks for expressing them. Prayer lifts me up with this dilemna. I wish happiness to come your way. Less starlight and choices can be a challenge to deal with.
