I avoid sleeping on my back at all costs when I am in bed.
I do snooze in the recliner but in the upright position.

Now here's my take on that sleep apnea. I went for that test too, couldn't stand the place and just came home. Kabu talked me into getting those 'Breathe Right' nose stickers for sleeping and although I griped about it at the time, I have to admit she was right again. Voila, no more sleep apnea, no need for oxygen, mask or any of that stuff. I am happy you are staying home with your man and God Bless the pair of you lovers.

I hope the sleep test brings great results once the airway is figured out! And so nice Mr. S is doing better too! sam
