I used to get that.. and always knew
I have good antivirus now.. Webroot.. so we don't get that problem anymore

What a drag! That happened to a friend of mine and we went to safe mode and ran the antivirus program she had and it cleaned it up! Good luck and I hope it gets cleared up soon! I am having touble with the 'blue screen of death' myself and can't get it fixed! Ugh to computer problems! sam
