(notice how there is no period). I must have hit return too soon, the way I did just now,and didn't notice. The rest of the sentence started with a "but"! The poem is complex and very original.

I appreciate eveything you post as well as respect. Yes, it is about helplessness that is recognized, but, also knowing that no matter what situation (bad) you are in, the sun will rise and you will get thru it. One way or the other. Thanks for you input. Ace.

the kind of helplessness that really hurts. We all put up poems that need a little more work
a kind of helplessness that really hurts. My FEELING (unasked and often unreliable) is that there's a great poem in here that will emerge if you trim out nonessentials. If I understand it correctly, it speaks for all us mortals who'd rather not feel the way we do. That's a heavy and a worthy theme that most don't tackle.
(Ordinarily I wouldn't presume to talk like this, but our earlier conversations hinted that you wouldn't take these words amiss. I think you know I like your stuff.)
