I did have programs but they said after 2 and 1/2 years that I had to apply for medicaid. And then if I were refused those benefits then I would be qualified again. I knew that if my disability came through I would have it already without going down and fighting through the line and paper work. I had just convinced myself that I was going to have to when I got the word that I was getting my disability. Now I just have to wait for all the paper work to go through.

welcome back yes some of us are still around. I am sorry that your pain has
increased, sorry that your medication avaliablity has been all mixed up but am relieved that you have financial support at last. I look forward to more of your posts.

Nice to see you back, too! It can be frustrating with not getting the needed medications! And hopefully soon you will be able to have it all in order! There are companies who help folks out, have you tried talking to them directly! And, in Garden City next to the free clinic is St Vincent de Paul, they hook folks up with companies to help with medications! They helped me while I was on the 2 year waiting plan for health insurance through social security! sam
