Ray it has a British trademark Quorn it is a vegetable protein made from edible fungus , it is used as a meat substitute. Gradually over the years it has become more tasty, I suspect the flavourings have improved once it was very bland, but now it is offered in various guises, chicken beef etc. of course it is not like cutting up a rich fatty juicy steak, but a lot of folk here, do not eat beef, due to past problems in the herds and a lot of children, probably chatting amongst themselves decide they will not eat anything that has once been alive.

All right Ray you have made me feel hungry for a Quorn -based burger with mustard. In your subliminal drive you probably noticed the ingredients that make up your fanciful burger I am happy to drink the milk, but eating Daisy Moo or hopefully Bernard Moo does not somehow appeal.
