LOl that sounds way to complicated for me

I am lucky, I find that if I eat all day (small bits about every 3-4 hours) I keep my weight at a level that feels good.

hmnnn that recipe sounds yummy. We live on fruit and love cheese

and apple together for a snack. We hardly ever eat red meat lots of skinned chicken and fish.excercise is tough though as one ages.
