Re: TAPS

that is a profoundly sad annecdote...  it's such a tragedy when somebody brings fear and violence into a scene of beauty

That sounds like my little sister (now long gone).  She loved the night, and the stars, and the moon.  She loved to frolic in the outside at night....until....one night she was attacked by a pervert.   She did get away from him without physical harm, but mentally and emotionally, she was afraid after that to enjoy the beautiful night outside.

This pulls at the heart strings Lion, something most here don't wont to feel, but I loved it...It seemed real to me.

I can see my fairies dancing in the moonlight, free and laughing with joy.

LOvely poem, a little sad but you created a whole dream episode for me.
