Re: motion sickness
Motion sickness is no fun on a vacation. I've experienced it a time or two but there are several things out there to use or wear to help. Thanks for reading me. It means a lot to me.

Re: green tea
I have been adding green tea to the "cold water brew" and putting it in the sun for sun tea. That way I know I'm getting all those "good antioxidents". Thanks for reading.

Re: teas
Maybe you could tell me about which teas are helpful for inflamation in the joints.....I have a little bursitis in my elbow (from too much yard work, probably)? Thanks for reading.

Re: sea legs
sorry you had a rough time of it. I felt a little quizzy the first night but then I think it was eating toooo much food ...toooooo late in the evening. I got up in the night and put on the wrist bands I brought and used them a few nights afterwards. I, also, saw people with the patches behind their ear. Thanks for reading.

What a wonderful trip you have. Welcome back! As for the teas, what the man said is right. Haha... that's how I come to drink tea now.

Sounds like a fun trip. My wife and I will be leaving for our own little excursion soon, and it is always sad leaving our kitties behind, even for a few days! But the joy and excitement when we return . . . oh, boy!

Welcome home. I've never taken a cruise because I get motion sickness, but it sounds like fun.

I like herbal teas, but think maybe my Japanese daughter has converted me to green tea taste - it seems to be the only one I want to drink now. Welcome back from your cruise. I expect, as your husband said, the next one will be better with people in the same age group. Well, at least you may enjoy the music more.

Reminds me of my last cruise, and that I got seasick and vowed to never go on another. I never did get my sea legs.

Missed you and so glad to see you home safe and sound and it seems a nice
time although yes some ships cater to younger crowds than others.
