Whew! You sure have a lot on your plate! About that woman, your ex-employee and 'friend' - a real friend would not have done (and be doing) what she did, so I would go after her, with guns blazing...The telephone foul-up is typical of these outfits - they're bureaucracies and impervious to reason, and unfortunately I have absolutely no idea on how to get these people to act rationally, especially since they don't seem to be afraid of lawyers...

WOW! I happen to notice you posted this at 444am~ You have had a time of it! I do not understand folks getting so upset as to lie to avoid paying for a service that had been rendered! And, the person who was your employee is nothing but a carp to me, a bottom feeder! To blatantly undercut you is unconscionable! And, the companies with their departments who cannot make a simple transfer boggle my mind! I had the wrong account number on my insurance but it still found its way to the right department! I had changed my plan and the last 4 numbers were different, so I truly believe they can do it but are simply unwilling! A refund, and then to pay again with the money there is way pucked up in my estimation, but they have you because they have the switch! I hope you find a great attorney because if one thing is to be learned is that people and businesses cannot step on your face when you have dealt fair and square! A slap shot is indeed the next move! My best to you and I will be praying for justice! sam Please get sleep although I know it's near impossible, but try to anyway! It will all work out in the end and I will be praying as though a solution has been reached.

This is so disgusting. Such an employee can clean your plow. This is what galls me when people yell and scream about how business treats the employees. It only takes one employee such as this one to break a person. I had to go over all the telephone bills very carefully because then and now there were errors almost every month. I would take the man and this person to court for their behavior behind your back. Make her hold up that contract, and make him pay. This sort of work only hinders and cost you while you are trying to do all the other stuff. I am so sorry. Hugs, smiles, prayers all are coming your way.

Unlike PatB I would get a female Jewish lawyer that will take great care of things that those folks will never forget. We have one of those female pit bull lawyers here in our town that they'd wish they hadn't got you going.Kedpp smilin' luv.

She turned out to be a rat. I've had one or two in my life...usually
married them!!!LOL but Sigh!
get the lawyer onto her and take HER to the cleaners. She is despicable. No friend at all.
the telephone is the pits, threaten them with the lawyer too. Tell them it is all BS. that they are saying. today with Computers they can click and send here and there anywhere if they want to.

Anhdor, I can never spell this name. Sadly there is no friendship in business, you will get over this, but it can't really be helped, you had an impossible task caring for poor Brd and running a business. You may not get all you are due ,but you did the honourable thing and you should feel awfully proud of yourself.

I think it's time to pull up your big girl britches and get a lawyer
working on this -- calls from lawyers, especially those with nice deep masculine voices -- get listened to by clerks in companys who will blow off a call from a female. It's not fair, but that's how it goes. And letters typed on a law firm's corporate letterhead seem to carry more weight than an email. The girl who stole your clients and screwed up your business needs to make it up to you. She has damaged your reputation and violated your non-competition agreement. Bad girl!
