Well Shobana I understand completely your time losing dilemma. Time fog, very often found in young ladies, it comes from white wings that flap slowly in the future. Now I have been told on good authority that it creates a feeling of/ What is that funny word, well never mind one feels warm and dreamy and actually moves through time at a reduced rate. If you need help how to reduce this teenage malady send for one of my potato spells, or try Tart Cherry.

Way off in the future dear you will be retired as I am and then you sleep
in and have time to smell the roses. For now, perhaps you need to be thinking of looking for a new job. Sounds like you are bored with and tired of what you are doing. Perhaps that isn't practical.

I totally empathise with this - I am often late in the mornings and I am prone to slipping out of touch with the working day as I scribble some lines or a thought that crosses my mind that is out of odds with the practicalities of life
