its never easy to let go but sometimes its the best thing we can do ... so they no longer hold out hoping....i understand what you were going through....i was tagged myself for a while....havent been on their for a while .... good luck and hope it all works out for the best

Sam.. the thing about that is that before Abbes came along..
I had fully intended to die alone.. waiting for Afzal.. us ever being together.. I know was unlikely after a few years.. because the immigration rules are so strict here, for someone with no finances, like me.
And even if I could move to India.. there is no way Afzal would be able to care for me there.. with all the demands already on him. I had been trying to give him the past year to "let go".
I have told him many times about other guys and being in love.. and expressed to him that even if not for someone else.. I really don't think it would work out for us.. and I gave him the reasons.
Afzal has a difficult time with this. I think you are aware that he has no one there that really cares for him. It is his hopes and dreams that things will change with me.
Really I don't want to say too much, for his sake.. but you can ask him about this.. I'm sure he will tell you. Honestly.. I really think he should let go... but forcing him to do so when he is not ready would be so cruel.. and I am not that way.
I care about him.. I don't hate him or anything like that.
The 300 men.. most have only sent one or two messages to me... almost none of which I ever had real interest in... but so many.. so many messages.. so many people.. there were times that I got over 20 messages a day... I always tried to answer everyone back then.. unless it seemed like scammer or canned messages.

It seems that you were professing your love for Afzal for many years on this site and I had been praying that you two would be together one day but it seems like a sham now since it was never going to be (300+ other men in the same time frame?) so I do not understand the whole thing right now! But, the bottom line is one should be happy and go in the direction that brings about that result! Now, have you cut Afzal out of the loops and now remain JUST friends because his posts seem to be of another slant!? sam
