You seem to have the perfect place, and the perfect patience, for dogs and children.  Your times with them could be turned into a wonderful children's book (series of books).  They would have to best sellers.

My gosh! And is that Smooch's saddle they're sitting on?

I'm too tired of all you do mentally and physically, to smile. I'm going for a nap.

Sweet Lady

Oh I am taking in the smiles by the bushels and loved this story. It was so vivid I almost could hear the sounds of children and dogs rushing around all over the house. Beautiful.

I can just imagine the excitement of the dogs as they see you.

I love dogs and it is lovely if one has room for them to roam. If I had known the op was that painless I would have taken my hampster. My nephew has a border collie she runs off at the least sound. I keep telling him one day she will come back with more than he bargained for, but I think he would be pleased.

Thanks for the smile and I just have to say how big Smootch is getting. It seems he was just a pup not so long ago.

Smooch is HUGE! Are you sure it's just 80 pounds?

But he's getting the best possible education, what with big outdoors, the best of training and boys to play with. Not to mention Grump's mentoring. I love it that the boys want their mom to move in with you. I'm definitely smiling about this post.
