hi love, glad that you are back. I just love looking at homes for sale.
It is more expensice a little but the first one is just walk in and start living where as the second one needs work, especially the back yard and that beautiful tree is going to shed leaves all over everywhere. Don't go too far from family is my advice.

Hi Sam, what I would try and do is have a word with the neighbours and find out if they are sociable, I have seen too many people disappointed by the reception they have received after moving into a house, I can't say much as my keyboard has broken down or something has happened
,, try not, to get
anywhere with large trees near the house as they ruin the foundations a tree soon grows into a large one
, here we find it is always better to have a survey done to sort out any problems and I wonder if you are more lax over there
?

Welcome back indeed, Sam! And you're right. As sharp, clear and beautiful a picture may be, when you're purchasing something . . . anything . . . nothing beats seeing it up close and personal. Best of luck!

Glad you came back so soon. I hope the best choice works out for you!
The threes are something else, but maybe that works for a numbers person.

I love the weeping willow tree. I would buy the first house just for that.
It was fun to tour the houses. I haven't toured a house for ever so long.
