He will most likely be an officer...Good for him, and please tell him thank you for me for his service. I few years ago I blew out my left ear drum while out shooting at cans out in the desert. I understand the "what, what Part".

I am sorry to hear that Taps, I suppose it is the spirit of adventure in the young, and as Lion said your family seems to be integrated into the forces. We can only hope that peace will soon arrive and then everyone will be happy

You'd have to be numb from the neck both ways if you weren't
anxious about such news. I hope your young hero has a wonderful adventure and doesn't have to put himself in jeopardy. I so long for peace.
