You know...
The key word in homeowner's association is "ass"! My father-in-law's daughter lives in Boise, small world. Hope the house hunt goes well, one thing is, it should be a buyer's market (well at least it is up here in NE Washington) but that money thing is a bugger.

I know what you mean about Homeowners's Assocations. They can be such a pain.

Come a bit closer Sam in case I fall over. If you feel slightly edgy about the house keep clear, you want to be there a long time and have a cow on the lawn if you feel like doing so

eExcellent. Ask Kris Kringle to find you a home. He did a good job at the end of the Christmas film Miracle on 34th Street (1949). Today he lives in Great Britain. He goes by the name of CCT love. Lol. BC-A, Bill’s R®st

I guess I can understand the frustration. My wife inherited the house we live in lock, stock & barrel, and I'm quite certain we won't be doing any house-hunting in the forseeable future. Good luck in your search, and don't compromise. If you have specific things you are looking for, stick with that plan. The bottom line is, you must happy with your final choice!

just read the stats on the areas you are looking at and find out that way what kind of neighborhood you are in. I agree about the snakes, never seen a rattle snake here but one other kind I am not sure what it was and we have coyotes to deal with
