A big, beautiful baby like that can be forgiven a lot! I love the stories about your doggies, and should really sit down and tell you all about Benny again...

Reading this reminds me of my parents telling me stories about when their dogs had accidents...As always, it's great to read that you are smiling.

I think his whole world is to please you, that's all he has ever really wanted...He wants to be your hero. There is no one else in his eyes but you and that's special.

Such a sweet story, you are simply an earth mother, be it little boys or little doggies. I loved it.

everytime that I would love a puppy, I think of Wiley stepping in a puddle
...and he would be the one who did of course. Or worse....then there is Mr. Graysome...no I shall just smile back at you as you deal with overflow.

Dog Psych!
I know dogs have to be confronted immediately, and that punishments well after the offense are wasted... in some situations. But I know for sure that dogs remember those unresolved issues, when they are still on the floor, and they feel guilt for breaking the rules. And we confuse them, sometimes over what the rules really are--but over time, they learn to read us, as we, hopefully, learn to read them.

He's quite the puppy who owns his master! LOL! I am only teasing! It's a process and I know he will be a great dog because you have taken the time with him no matter the circumstance! Kudos to you, too! sam

Hm' I am now a dog physiologist speaking for the pup. You see Mum, I had a little op just down the road and sometimes I get a bit confused. I kind of want to go, but can't find the right button to press. I expect it will work out alright when I have woken you up for a month or so. The making up is so nice, I have heard of cruel masters rubbing poor cold noses in pepper, but I think we must compromise and learn the hard way I could have a quick shifty before by byes, woof.

As a woman who once mopped midnight puddles herself,
I have to say you're the only one I know who could turn a rude interruption of one's dreamtime into a source of fun. Lucky Smooch. :)
