I agree, although I have to qualify that position. Because Bailey was so honest, she was more attainable. The most crucial accomplishment in a human relationship is having attained the wallet to do the job. Without that, we're not even qualified to enter into Jennifer Marlow comparisons. "No chance" is the immediate reply.
The other night on a rerun, an old geezer told Loni Anderson's character, I'm younger than I look! She quickly replied, "Are you richer than you look?" The geezer went away in shame.
But Bailey Quarters was poetry in motion. And she was still "a real girl!' Like you put it. "Genuine!"

So did I. I always felt she was prettier ( and more genuine ) than Loni Anderson's character!
