The Bums have got a lot of money tied up in those deals. The Dodgers could be good next year. They could have been good this year. But they weren't. The Giants made a cheap deal. Got Scuttero and won the division. Magic Johnson may be able to buy a National League division title. But not this year. Thanks to the SF Giants.
