I am really very glad for you, and I'm sure he considers himself very lucky...Now, about this cactus garlic salsa - I am fairly adventurous in my eating habits, but I have never thought of cactus as an edible object! I guess I gotta go out and find some! I'm also looking at my own gorgeous cactus in a different light, the one who presents me each year with such beautiful flowers - but I won't tell her about this...
