New word for me: femulate. I like it...
While I was at Seattle Central, a boy-girl couple from the boondocks decided to show up for class one day in op-drag. He was 6'2 and slim, made a nice looking girl, she was about 5'8' and normal weight, looked like a cute boy. They were disappointed that nobody even noticed - they forgot they were on Capitol Hill, where any number of people cross dress on a daily basis.

Hardly see a child out on that night Taps, I think the parents are too scared to let them out. I suppose there are parties, somewhere. As for dressing up as a woman, it would be too fiddly.
