I wonder how many women are out shopping at those hours...unless they are
well chaperoned. ugh....I was in Cairo a couple of times years ago, apart from the Museum and the pyramids....would never want to go back. I guess they wear pants under those long dress things.

Hard for me to care one way or the other over the shop hours of Cairo. I can't see myself buying pants ( or listening to a bunch of yodelers ) at 1:00 in the morning!

I was going to say they have to shop at night because
they demonstrate and protest all day, but decided against it. I had no idea Cairo was such a toddlin' town.
