well if people opt for the electronic ballot it could effect if no electricity....me ... i prefer leaving a paper trail so i always request a paper ballot

I don't see Sandy having much of an impact on the election. It's too soon to see Obama's response...Katrina was damaging to Bush's time in the White House because he looked out of touch during it. Even then, he was already in his second term, and he did not have to worry about reelection (we only allow president's to run twice).
