The way I learned about this was to spend time with "Atlantic Animated infrared image." (There is a Pacific one, too). After awhile, you get a feel for it. I'm stating that the red and orange in the "image is HAARP ion cannon fire." It causes storms. Then it strengthens them. Meet the parents of, Sandy.
You can't see the "death-ray" but it kills via techniques, unknown! HAARP is listed as a US military controlled, weather creating operation. Much of it is listed as "top secret."
It is a bad idea to allow right-wing wackos to aim and fire these "top-secret" weapons,at you. Your congress persons can control this problem. Give them a call and order them to take control over these "top secret" HAARP weather weapons.
Should we wait and watch Dinky georgie bush, dump another "Sandy" in our laps? For your kids' sakes call your Representatives and Senators. Ask them who is aiming and firing these HAARP ion cannons? Send them to "Atlantic Animated infrared image." For starters, make them explain what the red and orange stuff on the doppler is.
