sounds so exciting these short sales can get short after the buyer gets the bank approval, my place sold about 3x before the bank accepted the buyer

Goodness Sam I feel I am moving as well. Don't forget to take the snake, I expect it is curled up in something. Is the floor wooden, floors here are mostly cement well the last houses I saw built were seated on concrete blocks with cement on top. I don't think they will want renewing .

It seems unfair about moving paperwork. One has to jump on it right away just so the wait may be two weeks instead of longer.

I don't enjoy moving I must say have done it too many times, but I am
excited for you really happy and excited for you as the time gets closer.
