Well I hope you get this one Sam because it is a bargain . I will post some photos of houses sold here, but the land is so expensive as building restrictions which will have to be relaxed have been so tightly adhered to, no one can get the first foot on the ladder unless sponsored by parents etc. I hope you can hang onto that retirement payment.

I like this one because I can make it my own and along with the interpretation I want, too! Also, when I talked about taking my retirement check early I meant that I might have to in order to get a nice house since the prices are increasing with each new listing! Amazing, some are in horrible shape or as ugly as the day is long and smaller than the one I made an offer on and going for 18,000 more than I offered! It's getting to be rather crazy in the market again! A place that was 971 Sq. feet was going for 140,000~ boggles my mind! I wouldn't be caught visiting it let alone owning it ~ lol sam
