its actually warming up here to 60 today but when I got up it was 27. I dont know how many times that my realtor sent me the same papers over again and they had to have my income info etc

Nope - no migraines. Hoping for you that things are all done in time to get out by the 28th. Yes - pitiful games altogether...Much better watching Canucks and Oilers last night. Now there was a REAL hockey game!

Hope it runs smoothly from now on Sam. You will have loads to tell . I just tell you this a chap I know lives in a house council type he is nor allowed to have a greenhouse so he says but he has built one underground . I have not seen it, but it seems a bit of a weird idea. Presumably it has a glass roof.

Yesterday I was crowing like a Rooster that the Habs would beat Naut's
Leafs....today I am just a Feather duster!!! Ah well so it goes.
So cold here we are switching the house to Fahrenheit....it doesn't sound so bad. LOL.
