Steak!!!! I am going to do a Lamb Roast perhaps tomorrow. It is our Australia day long weekend. When Governor Philip landed at Botany Bay , Sydney Cove in 1788.and created a penal Colony. They brought Smallpox with them in the ship, picked up somewhere along the way like the Dutch Spice Islands I suppose(Indonesia). Anyway it went through the aboriginal population like a packet of salts, very tragic, just thought you would be interested in some of our joint History.
