I set my watch and clocks 5 minutes fast to get to work on time. I like the nice way your inner voice works for you. I have to get tough on myself at first, for some reason and then ease off when better habits have been established.

That's one way to do it. Set some goals, accomplish what you can, then set about doing the same the next day! It has to work!
