I wonder if they are easy to find...
Well I did a search and answered my own question, lol. Yes you can buy them online inexpensively and folks do eat them, just like other nuts. I know a diabetic who struggles with blood sugar control and am going to share this information with her. I may order some myself! Thanks Sam...
