Of course you will fret, that is what we do at such times, but if it makes you feel better, I have done nothing as well, except for cooking dinner.

I have found that a rest day can be refreshing, maybe it is alright to be guilt free on them. I debate that to myself, and am concluding more and more it is good to just enjoy them.

Nothing wrong with a little "me" time once in a while! We all might be a little more relaxed if we did that from time to time! Enjoy your Red Wings game. Tonight, for me, it's the Rangers and the Devils! GO RANGERS!!!
