it seems to me they close at the most inconvenient time for you. Yesterday I got two things from my old mortgage bank which confused me. A prepayment plan and cancellation of debt dont understand either thing, did you see those with your short sale?

I remember when leaving a rental in sydney and I really needed my
bond money back, I scrubbed so deep and left it so nice, I lost all the skin off my poor hands. but I got my bond money back LOL...This is such a rough time, just waiting.

Yes, it seems that you have been unbelievably patient, and it will pay off! And of course better weather will be a blessing when it comes time to finally move! When that time does come, I'll keep my fingers crossed for clear skies!
