well I know the reason they call them short sales but when it comes

The more I read your posts about this, the more I am glad that I'm not in the market for a house, even though rent keeps going up. I just do not have the patience anymore for stuff like that. I will be very glad for you when it is yours and you are in it and planting flowers. LOL
