I believe, at this time, you are, as they say, between a rock and a hard place! You're in too deep to simply pull the plug at this point, but you also don't seem to have much luck in moving things along either! One thing though . . . is the realtor's commission the same no matter how long the overall process takes? I would think that, after taking so long, some part of the price should come down for your inconvenience!

I hope you know what will happen with the sale soon. I am sure that waiting has been hard. That is not the only house on the market; there are other good ones out there, although I hope and pray you get this one.
