Oh dear Marrise do try and get proper advice, I don't think folk appreciate that here we get free medical attention albeit a long wait for any major fix. You obviously are really tired and need to relax. So many things worry folk these, do take care.

No one should ever underestimate the importance of rest, regardless! Certain pains in our bodies are trying to tell us that it needs to heal in some way, and rest can do that! I've seen reports several times over the years of just how beneficial a midday nap can be! Not that a lot of us have the time for a midday nap . . .

rest is definitely important. Just lying down and reading an easy read book
nothing stressful. Good luck as you try the relax and recover.
