I got so frustrated with mine that I almost did a foreclosure but of course my realtor would be SOL after working so hard on it

Pity the office is not down your street, eyeballing is the most efficient Sam, they don't like it. I would have thought the sellers would be the more concerned, unless it is out of their hands. keep hoping.

I think you should cave and offer a lifetime of vegetables from your garden and a poem per month if the seller will sign!! Sorry it turned this aggravating; it will have to come to a conclusion before summer.
