Oh yes - they sure can be, TAPS!

LOL - can't picture you as a peon at all. I also can't picture you as being an arrogant know-it-all!

Yes it has been interesting, FSI.

See that Ovie got his hat trick last night - Capitals are finally getting things together this year.

She was okay, Pat_B. Talked more about her grandbabies than taxes.

One of my friends gave me rubber spikes to fit over my boots, so it takes care of the slipping and sliding.

Too much for a snow blower here, CCT.

I don't mind auditors unless they are arrogant. Then again, arrogance in anyone is a turn-off.

LOL - nope - still McGill street.

I had a chance to become one too - but no, not on my wish list at all!

I have burned a lot of wood too, Kabu.

One of the reasons I enjoy winter so much is the sitting by the warm fire with the doggies at night....there's something about wood heat.

Oh yeh - and the HABS are still on a roll!

What a difference a year makes, huh? The lady came fortified with her pumps - she hadn't told me she was allergic to dogs.

All is well, Justi.

Smooch was perfect. And the lady was okay too.

Of course I remember, Naut! Sam and I are sure Bird had something to do

with that. Payback is coming up shortly...

Ummm - they scored first last night...

Every team has its year. I love Ranger's coach, Bad Boy Tortty - he rescues pitbuls too, which makes me ike him even more.

Hoighty-toighty civil servants are definitely a pain in the neck.  I used to know a couple of them when I was a peon civil servant.

We have still been getting little snow in Maryland...It's been an interesting hockey season thus far.

I hope your tax clerk was companionable and had a sense of humor

and if she got snowed in, that she'd root with you for the Habs. I suppose if I lived in the bush I'd love the deep snows, too - but old ladies and slick sidewalks don't go together here in the lowlands. I'll just enjoy the transformation by snow through the window. :)

I thought you would have a snow blower Adnohr although perhaps it would be too much for the Mickey Mouse ones folk use. SAdly I always thought I could get away with things when I had an auditor. It is a bit different when there is no buffer between one and the heebie jeebies.

Have a happy day with with the tax lady. My dad was one of those tax men when the office was at the bottom of McGill st. which is probably renamed by now.

yeah we have had the drive ploughed again and more all delivered today...

eeyow..there goes the budget. LOL. What a lot of cold this winter has brought and we have used a lot of oil. That wind chill today was weally weally cold. LOL

Well the rep is actually going to determine her own fate although she doesn't know it! HAHA! The Habs are having a great year! After all they went through last year I am elated for them! The fact that the Bruins are behind them makes it even more sweeter! I was happy that my Wings managed to get a point! They are riddled with injuries; in a short season I am not sure they can overcome all the adversity! But, I have the Habs to root for so I am stoked, too! sam

I did enjoy the arrival and was a bit concerned about your arrival. Hope Smooch is good to her.

Hope the doggies don't dismember that civil servant, at least not if she's civil...And yes, your Habs are doing okay, I guess, until they meet the Leafs again...You do remember what happened the last time, don't you?

Sorry to hear about all of that snow. We've already had our fill, thank you very much!   And the Habs were lucky they caught my Rangers in the middle of their newest trend . . . blowing leads! If the Canadiens had scored first, my Rangers would have come back with 4 goals! But give them a lead, any lead . . .
